Axle Energy seeks a Scientific Program Analyst III to support the NIH/NINDS CSC Cluster in Rockville, MD. The role focuses on portfolio analysis, scientific coding, reporting, and funding-related activities, with emphasis on neural circuits and translational neuroscience.

A Master’s degree is required; candidates should have a background in Biomedical Engineering, Neuroscience, or related fields, and be proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, plus strong data collection and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide scientific and programmatic support to the NINDS CSC Cluster.
  • Analyze portfolios and prepare reports for program staff.
  • Coordinate with staff and stakeholders on projects and activities.
  • Plan scientific meetings and conferences; assist with logistics.
  • Maintain project documentation and track progress with PM tools.
  • Prepare presentations and background materials for meetings.
