• Direct daily food service operations and revise internal procedures.
• Ensure quality control for food production; supervise menus and USDA meal pattern compliance.
• Interview and supervise food service employees; plan and evaluate subordinate work.
• Provide orientation and training on safety, sanitation, and production records; ensure training hours attainment.
• Estimate and order food and supplies; manage inventory and budget.
