Job summary

ST. PATRICK INTERPARISH SCHOOL seeks a Business Manager II to oversee financial, personnel, and operational functions. You will assist with budgeting, reporting to the diocese and parish leadership, and supervise support staff to ensure efficient school operations.

You will partner with the Principal and Pastor on short- and long-term financial strategy, oversee procurement, and coordinate with the diocese on accounting practices and compliance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field from an accredited institution.
• Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to develop budgets and present financial information to leadership.
• Comfort with accounting software and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist the principal with budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with diocesan policies.
• Prepare budgets and financial reports for Principal, Pastor, and volunteer councils.
• Coordinate personnel processes, policy development, and staff supervision.
• Serve as a strategic partner for short/long-term financial strategy and growth.
• Maintain school records and collaborate with parish and school leadership to support operations.
