Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of budgeting principles, financial reporting, and reading financial statements.
• Moderate to high computer proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist principal with budgets and financial reporting to the diocese and government agencies.
• Maintain accurate financial records, deposits, disbursements, and fundraising oversight.
• Supervise support staff and coordinate with HR for hiring, policies, and training.
• Create and present budgets and financial reports to principal, pastor, and committees.
• Coordinate with parish and school staff to ensure sound financial management and compliance.
