Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with related custodian experience.
• Experience supervising custodial staff across multiple locations.
• Ability to manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers effectively.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills; proficient in writing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day and night custodial teams and oversee multiple locations.
• Coordinate cleaning, floor work, and deep cleaning activities with vendors and in-house staff.
• Monitor projects, track time, materials, and schedules; report progress.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA, MSDS, and building/fire codes.
• Travel within and outside the state as needed; participate in training programs.
