Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) is seeking a Manager, Scheduling & Planning in Scottsdale, AZ to lead a team of Project Schedulers and Planners across complex EPC and utility construction projects. You will drive Primavera P6 scheduling, integrated master schedules, baselines, updates, forecasts, and resource-loaded schedules to align with execution strategies and milestones.

You will oversee scheduling standards, risk management, and recovery strategies while collaborating

Qualificações

• 10+ years of EPC construction planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience leading scheduling teams.
• Expert-level Primavera P6 and CPM expertise.
• Experience with integrated master schedules, cost- and resource-loaded schedules, EVM, and schedule forecasting.
• Knowledge of schedule risk analysis, delay analysis, time impact analysis, and recovery schedules.
• Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction execution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Project Schedulers and Planners.
• Direct Primavera P6 scheduling, baselines, updates, and forecasts.
• Manage resource allocation across projects.
• Conduct critical path analysis and schedule risk assessments.
• Oversee cost-loaded schedules and earned value management (EVM).
• Collaborate with PMs, engineering, and subcontractors to resolve conflicts.
• Establish Primavera P6 standards and scheduling best practices.
