Quanta Government Solutions is seeking a Construction Scheduler/Planner to support EPC, design-build, and CMAR projects in Scottsdale, AZ. The role emphasizes creating CPM schedules with Primavera P6, integrating inputs from engineering, procurement, and construction teams, and maintaining compliant project baselines.

You will develop resource- and cost-loaded schedules, analyze critical paths, forecast milestones, and contribute to look-ahead planning while traveling up to 25% domestically.

Competenze

• 5+ years scheduling experience in utility/industrial projects.
• Advanced Primavera P6 expertise with cost- and resource-loaded schedules.
• Experience with Linear Scheduling and large-scale sitework.
• Familiarity with TILOS or Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk.
• Collaborates with engineering, permitting, procurement, and construction teams.
• Excellent communication and multi-project organization.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage Primavera P6 CPM schedules for T&D and substations.
• Build resource- and cost-loaded schedules aligned with baselines.
• Integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Perform critical path analysis and what-if scenarios.
• Identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
• Produce earned value metrics, KPIs, and cash flow reports.
