Qualifications

• 5+ years scheduling experience for utility T&D and substation EPC projects.
• Advanced Primavera P6 with cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules.
• Strong CPM/LSM scheduling background and risk analysis.
• Experience with schedule look-ahead, earned value, and cash-flow reporting.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage Primavera P6 schedules (LSM/CPM) for T&D, substation, and renewable projects.
• Create resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules aligned with baselines and strategy.
• Integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning to create timelines.
• Perform critical-path analysis and what-if scenarios to identify bottlenecks.
• Track progress, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions.
• Produce KPIs, earned value metrics, and cash-flow reports for leadership.
