Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Scheduler/Planner in Tulsa, OK to lead CPM scheduling for electric distribution, substations, and related utility projects. The role requires hands-on Primavera P6 expertise and integration with engineering, procurement, and field operations.

You will develop and maintain complex schedules, monitor baselines, forecast impacts, and drive recovery actions to protect milestones in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years scheduling experience for utility transmission or substation projects
• Advanced Primavera P6 with cost- and resource-loaded schedules
• Experience with large-scale sitework and long-lead equipment planning
• Familiarity with TILOS, Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk, or similar tools
• Proven collaboration with engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
• Strong communication and organization to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage LSM and CPM Primavera P6 schedules for utility projects
• Build resource- and cost-loaded schedules aligned with baselines and execution strategies
• Integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
• Perform critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and productivity tracking
• Identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies
• Produce earned value metrics and KPI reports for executives
• Support look-ahead planning and schedule recovery actions
• Maintain compliant schedule documentation per contract and standards
