Quanta Government Solutions in the Pittsburgh area is seeking a Senior Scheduler/Planner to lead CPM/LSM scheduling for complex EPC, design-build, and CMAR projects. You will develop, baseline, and maintain schedules, forecast completion, and manage risks with cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and construction.

The role requires 4+ years of scheduling experience, Primavera P6 mastery, and strong communication.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in cost- and resource-loaded schedules.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 required.
• Experience with design, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with heavy construction or infrastructure projects.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain CPM and Linear Schedule Method (LSM) schedules.
• Baseline, update, and track project schedules with cost and resources.
• Align schedules with WBS and FBS to meet budgets and milestones.
• Produce earned value metrics and KPIs for project teams.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation, and support progress reporting.
• Coordinate with engineers, estimators, procurement, and field teams.
• Perform time impact analyses and maintain thorough documentation.
• Support continuous improvement and best practices in scheduling.
