Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) seeks a Manager, Scheduling & Planning to lead a team of Project Schedulers and Planners in Spring / West Houston, TX. You will drive Primavera P6 scheduling, integrated master schedules, baselines, forecasts, and risk-informed decisions across complex EPC and utility construction projects.

You’ll establish scheduling standards, coordinate with project leadership, and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of planning and scheduling experience within EPC construction, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated people-management experience, leading a team of Project Schedulers and Planners.
• Expert-level Primavera P6 skills and CPM expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Schedulers and Planners across multiple projects.
• Direct Primavera P6 scheduling, integrated master schedules, baselines, updates, forecasts, and resource-loaded schedules.
• Manage resource allocation and utilization across projects; align staffing and sequencing with project demands.
• Lead critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and recovery strategies to protect milestones.
• Oversee cost-loaded schedules, EVM, and project controls reporting to drive data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineering, clients and subcontractors to resolve scheduling conflicts.
