Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) in Spring, TX is seeking a Senior Scheduler/Planner with hands-on Primavera P6 expertise to support electric distribution and substation projects. You will develop and maintain schedules, integrate inputs from multiple teams, and monitor progress against baselines.

The role requires 5+ years of scheduling experience in utility construction, strong CPM scheduling skills, and the ability to forecast schedule impacts while managing risks and resources.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of scheduling experience in electric distribution/substation/utility construction.
• Proficient Primavera P6 including baselines, logic, cost/resource loading.
• Experience with schedule forecasting, earned value, KPIs and schedule variance analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, field operations and project management teams.
• Experience on large-scale utility projects preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage CPM Primavera P6 schedules for utility projects.
• Build resource- and cost-loaded schedules aligned with baselines.
• Integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction and field teams.
• Perform critical path analysis, updates, what-if scenarios and productivity tracking.
• Identify risks, sequencing issues and delays; support mitigation planning.
• Maintain baseline schedules, progress updates, forecasts and narratives.
• Produce earned value metrics, KPIs, and cash-flow reports.
• Support look-ahead planning and field coordination.
• Monitor progress against planned performance and variance.
• Maintain compliant schedule documentation per contract and company standards.
