Job summary

EPC Project Management Consulting, LLC is seeking a Scheduling Manager to lead a team of project schedulers on-site in Hanging Rock, supporting a high-profile hyperscale data center project from pre-construction through commissioning.

You will own master schedule development, perform critical path analyses, and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to keep milestones on track and risks under control.

Qualifications

• 10+ years scheduling experience on data centers or large-scale infra projects.
• Proven ability to mentor and supervise a schedulers team.
• Expertise with Primavera P6, MS Project, and planning analytics software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of project schedulers with strong quality control.
• Develop and maintain master project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project.
• Perform advanced critical path and risk analyses to forecast delays and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and executives to align timelines.
