The Weitz Company is seeking a Scheduling Manager for a hyperscale data center project in San Marcos, TX. The role develops integrated project schedules, coordinates inputs from project managers, and guides baseline, updates, and time impact processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include analyzing subcontractor schedules, maintaining master project schedules, and reporting status to clients and management.

Qualifications

• 8 years of related work experience as a Project Manager with scheduling responsibilities.
• Data center experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to coordinate schedules across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated project schedules and guide baseline, updates, and time impact analysis.
• Maintain master schedules and communicate with team members, management, and client.
• Interface with clients, attend meetings, and provide schedule status reports.
• Analyze progress, forecast, and report variances; develop workarounds as needed.
