Job summary

The Weitz Company is seeking a Scheduling Manager to be located on a hyperscale data center project in Port Washington, WI. The Scheduler Manager will develop integrated project schedules, coordinate input from project managers and guide the baseline, update and time impact process.

The role requires analyzing subcontractor schedules and ensuring construction schedules follow sound industry practices, with The Weitz Company offering a long-standing history and nationwide presence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as Project Manager with scheduling duties.
• Data center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the corporate schedule effort to industry standards.
• Provide training, tools and guidance for scheduling best practices.
• Handle bid/proposal schedules, baseline schedules, updates and time impact analysis.
• Maintain master schedules for project tasks and communicate with team and client.
• Interface with clients, attend meetings and provide reports.
• Enable project management with necessary scheduling tools.
• Utilize historic data for realistic future planning and forecasting.
• Analyze, forecast and report schedule status against baseline.
• Collect progress, evaluate variances, and coordinate resolutions.
• Develop and maintain a schedule hierarchy view for management.
• Perform other duties as needed; some travel may be required.
