Job summary

The Weitz Company is seeking a Scheduling Manager for a hyperscale data center project in San Marcos, TX. You will develop and manage integrated project schedules, coordinate input from project managers, and guide baseline and time‑impact updates throughout the life cycle.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of PM scheduling experience, strong communication, and proficiency with P6, Last Planner, and Excel. Travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 8 years of related work experience as a Project Manager with scheduling responsibilities.
• Data center experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated project schedules and guide baseline, update and time‑impact processes.
• Coordinate schedule input from project managers and communicate with team members and clients.
• Analyze subcontractor schedules and ensure construction schedules follow industry best practices.
• Maintain master project schedules and report schedule status against baselines.
• Interface with clients, attend meetings, and provide reports and tools for schedule control.
