Job summary

MWH Constructors is seeking an entry-level Project Scheduler to support wastewater projects in Gresham, Oregon. You will collaborate with Senior Schedulers to develop and update project schedules, ensuring adherence to contract requirements and industry best practices.

The role requires 1–3 years of scheduling experience, proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office, and the ability to travel up to 50% domestically. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, construction management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years scheduling experience incl. baseline schedules, updates and progress analysis.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules with Senior Schedulers.
• Update schedules per procedures and communicate results to the project team.
• Assess changes for schedule impacts and prepare change notices as required by contract.
• Prepare monthly schedule reports for project and management.
• Travel up to 50% domestically.
