The Weitz Company is seeking a Project Manager (various levels) for our Mission Critical Construction team on a hyperscale data center project in San Marcos, TX. The PM will profitably manage all admin and field activities to quality standards, overseeing multiple medium to large projects and mentoring teams to achieve goals.

Candidates should demonstrate leadership, budget and schedule control, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of field and project construction management experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and leading others; ability to mentor.
• Data center experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Construct the project in accordance with plans, schedule, and specs.
• Lead subcontractors and field staff on site.
• Manage project schedule, budget, and staff with PMs.
• Develop two-week look-ahead schedules and monitor progress.
• Review contracts and ensure compliance with terms and policies.
