The role focuses on scheduling analysis, risk mitigation, and claims avoidance, while mentoring Scheduler I and II and guiding CPM analytical functions. Expect travel to project sites and training responsibilities as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management required.
• 4–6 years of scheduling or construction management directly related to scheduling.
• Expert use of Primavera scheduling software, including cost/resource loading and analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate full competency in scheduling tools and best practices.
• Manage scheduling and planning efforts across project development and execution.
• Lead data integrity efforts and produce tailored schedule reporting.
• Develop and mentor schedulers and lead training on scheduling processes.
• Perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and evaluate change orders.
