Job summary

Mortenson in Texas is seeking an experienced Scheduler II to oversee planning and scheduling activities, interacting with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment. You will develop project schedules using CPM tools, monitor progress, and help mitigate delays.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering, at least two years' construction experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• Minimum of two years construction experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience as a project engineer is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of scheduling concepts and company software.
• Ability to travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules using CPM scheduling programs.
• Monitor and update project schedules.
• Assist site management in formulating mitigation plans for scheduling problems.
• Assist with proposals and pursuit schedules as needed.
• Build relationships with individuals of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
