Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years in medical/clinical field.
• Experience with referrals/authorizations and EHR preferred.
• Lead role experience preferred.
• Medical Assistant Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate on-site and off-site specialist appointments.
• Communicate future and past appointments to the PCP and IDT.
• Collaborate with Center staff and IDT to coordinate care.
• Provide guidance and training to Scheduling Coordinator Level I.
