Qualifications

• Experience applying CPM scheduling to contract requirements.
• Ability to review baseline programmes and subsequent updates for contractual compliance.
• Proficiency in generating schedule review reports from Primavera P6 for client/FTA submissions.
• Experience identifying corrective actions, acceleration plans and alternative approaches when performance slips.

Responsibilities

• Review baseline programmes and updates against contract requirements.
• Provide corrective action recommendations and acceleration plans.
• Analyse schedule impacts arising from changes or claims and perform time impact analyses.
• Maintain and validate the integrity of the as-built programme.
• Review cost-loaded programmes and integrate contractor programmes into the overall schedule.
