Hill International is seeking a Scheduler in Seattle, Washington, on the owner's side of this construction contract. The role reviews contractor schedules, updates the owner on performance, and develops time‑impact analyses to support change orders.

The candidate will review baselines and monthly updates, maintain the as-built schedule, and lead the schedule sections of reports. Required are 10–15 years of scheduling experience (5+ on active projects), expert Primavera knowledge, and strong PM

Qualifikationen

• Ten to fifteen years of scheduling experience, with five+ directly supporting an active construction project.
• Expert knowledge of the Primavera suite.
• Practical use of PM concepts including earned value management, project planning and configuration management.

Aufgaben

• Review contractor schedules, write and review comments, update staff on contractor performance, and evaluate time impacts.
• Review baselines and monthly updates; maintain as-built schedule from the owner's perspective; develop time impact analyses to support change orders.
• Provide scheduling support for what-if studies, lead the schedule sections of reports, identify activities, milestones, constraints and interfaces for coordination.
• Identify detrimental issues and recommend mitigations related to budget, cost, risk, claims and schedule.
