Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management preferred.
• 3–10 years scheduling experience; senior level with 8+ years.
• Strong background in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Experience reviewing construction schedules for design-build projects.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling and earned value analysis.
• Experience with time impact analysis and change orders.
• Ability to report clearly to clients; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client regularly to review program, project, and contract requirements.
• Validate baseline schedules against contract requirements; prepare schedule reports.
• Prepare schedule review reports from P6 data and contribute to monthly client reporting.
• Verify contractor-submitted schedule updates for contractual compliance.
• Analyze schedule impacts from changes or claims; perform time impact analyses.
• Provide CPM scheduling expertise using Primavera P6.
• Review invoices against cost-loaded schedules; advise client.
• Integrate contractor schedules into the overall project schedule.
• Maintain and validate the integrity of the as-built schedule.
• Support project team in monitoring progress schedules and troubleshoot issues.
