• Prepare base schedules, schedule reviews, and time impact analyses.
• Monitor and document construction progress.
• Identify and resolve construction issues and conflicts.
• Liaise between client, contractors, and designers on issues.
• Provide written progress reports on schedule status.
• Perform other duties as needed.
