Ability to interpret and analyze construction schedules.
Experience working on transit and transportation infrastructure projects.
Experience with Federal Transit Administration (FTA) requirements, policies, and funding programs.
Background in cost controls, project controls, estimating, or financial management for construction projects
Certifications (one or more): CST, CCT, CMIT, CDT, PSP, EVP, PMI-SP, PMP, CCM, EIT, PE
