Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with planning and monitoring major projects.
• Prepare base schedules, reviews, and time impact analyses.
• Monitor and document construction progress and issues.
• Act as liaison between client, contractors or designers.
• Review status reports and ensure contract schedule compliance.
• Perform other duties as needed.
