Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction scheduling experience.
• Strong cost control and earned value management background.
• Ability to interpret complex construction schedules and contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Controls Manager and Project Manager with planning and monitoring major projects.
• Prepare and maintain baseline schedules, updates, reviews, and monthly progress reports.
• Perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and investigate schedule impacts and delays.
• Monitor construction progress against the approved schedule and report findings.
• Mentor and train junior schedulers and project controls staff.
• Coordinate with estimating, commercial, and risk management teams to align schedule with cost and risk.
