The role requires 7+ years of scheduling experience, proficiency in Primavera and other tools, and a proven ability to mentor junior schedulers within an employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years scheduling experience on engineering or construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficiency in Primavera and/or other scheduling software.
• Certificates in scheduling (PMI-SP or similar) preferred.
• Experience with cost and resource loaded schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced technical leadership for project scheduling on medium to large or higher‑risk projects.
• Exercises independent technical judgment to evaluate schedule performance and impacts.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules for major projects, including baseline strategy.
• Lead schedule update analysis and identify critical drivers and risks.
• Prepare time impact analyses and recovery options.
• Integrate schedule inputs from clients, contractors, and third parties.
• Coordinate with project leadership on sequencing conflicts and plan revisions.
• Provide written schedule narratives and client reporting observations.
• Approve schedules for low‑complexity projects within thresholds.
• Contribute to scheduling templates, narratives, and quality checks.
• Provide day‑to‑day direction to small scheduling teams and mentor juniors.
