Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scheduler (Federal) to lead and execute scheduling for complex federal projects. You will develop CPM schedules, integrate inputs from clients, contractors, and HDR teams, and mentor junior schedulers.

A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or construction science is required, with 7+ years of experience. Join HDR’s Federal Business Group and help deliver scheduling excellence across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or construction science.
• 7+ years of scheduling experience on engineering or construction projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera or other scheduling software.
• Experience with cost and resource loaded schedules.
• Active participant in employee-owned culture and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced leadership for project scheduling on medium to large or higher-risk projects.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules for major projects, including baseline strategy and updates.
• Lead schedule update analyses and identify critical drivers and risks.
• Prepare time impact analyses and scenario evaluations of schedule impacts.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and third parties to support a coherent forecast and change narrative.
