Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Scheduling and Planning Manager to build and maintain project schedules, baselines, and reporting for complex construction projects. You will lead data-driven scheduling, cost loading, and network logic validation, coordinating with project managers, superintendents, and owners representatives.

The role emphasizes Primavera P-6 expertise, BIM awareness, and strong communication. Travel across locations is required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related major is required.
• 6-10 years of scheduling experience.
• Data Center experience.
• Recent expertise with Primavera P-6 scheduling management system.
• Project Management experience working for a general contractor preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and willingness to regularly update skills.
• Knowledge of BIM and its relation to scheduling is preferred.
• Ability to travel and move depending on project locations.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent listening skills with attention to detail.
• Highly entrepreneurial, hardworking, and self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi-floor scaffolding.
• Ability to lift objects at least 30lbs

Responsibilities

• Periodic progress updates of in-progress schedules.
• Maintenance of Project Schedule Baselines.
• Periodic Performance Report Generation (e.g., Critical Activities Report, Baseline Deviation Report, Earned Value, Cash Flow).
• Cost and Resource Loading of Schedules including Clayco Metrics.
• Network Logic Analysis and Validation to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Assist in preparation of Monthly Schedule Reporting and draft Narrative.
• Schedule Development for proposals and construction projects as a team effort.
