Clayco is seeking a Scheduling and Planning Manager to build and maintain project schedules and baselines, align with owner requirements, and manage cost and resource loading for complex commercial and data center projects.

You will collect update data from PMs, superintendents, and owners reps, generate performance reports, perform network logic validation, and assist monthly schedule narratives. Travel to project locations is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related major.
• 6–10 years scheduling experience.
• Data Center experience.
• Recent expertise in Primavera P-6 scheduling.
• PM experience for general contractor preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Update schedules periodically with data from PMs, Superintendents, Owners' Reps and subs (data approved by PM).
• Maintain Project Schedule Baselines per policy and owner contracts.
• Generate monthly performance reports and standard Clayco reports (Critical Activities, Baseline Deviation, Earned Value, Cash Flow).
• Perform cost and resource loading of schedules using Clayco metrics.
• Analyze network logic and validate according to guidelines; remove extraneous dependencies.
• Assist in preparing Monthly Schedule Narratives.
• Develop schedules for proposals and construction projects as a team effort.
