Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Scheduling and Planning Manager to lead development and maintenance of complex project schedules, baselines, and reporting across nationwide projects, including data centers. You will collect data from project teams, ensure adherence to policies, and generate critical performance analyses to support cash flow and client expectations.

Ideal candidates bring 6–10 years of scheduling experience, a bachelor’s in engineering or construction, and strong proficiency in Primavera P-6

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or related major.
• 6–10 years of scheduling experience.
• Data Center experience.
• Recent expertise with Primavera P-6 scheduling management system.
• Project Management experience for general contractor preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Periodic progress updates of in-progress schedules and data collection from PM, Superintendent, and Owners Representatives.
• Maintain Project Schedule Baselines per policy and contract requirements.
• Generate periodic Performance Reports (e.g., Critical Activities, Baseline Deviation, EVPI, Cash Flow).
• Cost and Resource Loading of schedules following Clayco metrics.
• Analyze network logic and verify compliance with project intent and guidelines.
• Assist in preparation of Monthly Schedule Reporting and narrative.
• Develop schedules from ground up for proposals and construction projects.
