Job summary

Clayco, a national real estate development and construction firm, seeks a Scheduling and Planning Manager to build and maintain project schedules, baselines, and related cash flows in line with policy. You will coordinate with project teams and owners to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

Requires 6–10 years of scheduling experience, Data Center exposure, Primavera P6 proficiency, and strong communication skills. Travel to project locations nationwide is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or related major.
• 6–10 years scheduling experience.
• Data Center experience.
• Primavera P6 scheduling knowledge.
• PM experience for general contractor preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; willingness to update skills.
• Knowledge in BIM and scheduling preferred.
• Willingness to travel between locations.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Periodic progress updates of in-progress schedules; data collection from PMs, Superintendents, Owners and subs.
• Maintenance of Project Schedule Baselines per policy and owner requirements.
• Periodic Performance Report Generation including Critical Activities and Earned Value reports.
• Cost and Resource Loading of Schedules per Clayco metrics; update as needed.
• Network Logic Analysis and validation for accurate total float and criticality.
• Assist in Monthly Schedule Reporting and drafting Schedule Narrative.
• Schedule Development for proposals and construction projects; team effort.
