Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Scheduling and Planning Manager to build and maintain project schedules, baselines, and cash flow analyses for nationwide construction projects. You will coordinate data from PMs, superintendents, and owners representatives, ensuring schedules reflect policy and project intent.

The role requires hands-on experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, BIM familiarity, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or related major.
• 6–10 years of scheduling experience.
• Data Center experience.
• Recent expertise with Primavera P6 scheduling management.
• Project management experience with a general contractor preferred.
• Strong computer skills in MS Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Update project schedules and baselines with data from PMs, supers, owners’ reps, and subs.
• Maintain project schedule baselines per policy and baselines requirements.
• Generate standardized performance reports such as Critical Activities and Earned Value reports.
• Load and update cost and resource data for schedules.
• Analyze network logic and validate against project intent and guidelines.
• Assist in monthly schedule reporting and draft narrative.
• Develop schedules from ground up for proposals and construction projects.
