Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our planning and scheduling team onsite in Manassas, VA. You will support project managers by delivering quality schedules and guiding design, client concerns, and code issues on data center projects.

The role emphasizes forensic scheduling, risk assessment, and 4D/5D modeling, with collaboration across PMs, design teams, and contractors to keep projects on track and within budget.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in project scheduling.
• Experience with data center projects is preferred.
• PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS certifications are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with quality project schedules at appropriate levels of detail.
• Develop, monitor, status and resolve impacts to schedule critical paths.
• Lead project managers, design and contractors on monthly project progress.
• Develop and maintain project risk assessments, qualitative and quantitative.
• Develop and maintain 4D, 5D modeling.
• Manage development of detailed monthly progress reports.
• Perform forensic scheduling analysis.
