Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join our Fort Wayne, IN team, supporting major data center construction projects. This role emphasizes Primavera P6 proficiency, risk assessment, and 4D/5D modeling to deliver reliable schedules in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor junior schedulers, participate in design verifications and site walks, and collaborate with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 5–7 years of project scheduling experience.
• Experience on data center projects preferred.
• Certifications PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS preferred.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with high-quality project schedules at appropriate detail levels.
• Develop, monitor, and resolve negative impacts to the schedule critical path.
• Lead project managers, design teams and contractors on monthly progress of work.
• Develop and maintain project risk assessments (qualitative and quantitative).
• Develop and maintain 4D and 5D models and construction schedules.
• Provide forensic scheduling analysis and schedule validation for as-planned performance.
