Job summary

Cumming Group in San Marcos, TX is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our planning and scheduling team onsite supporting a data center client. You will develop, monitor, and maintain detailed construction schedules and lead monthly progress updates with project managers, design teams, and contractors.

Ideal candidates have 5-7 years of scheduling experience, BS in Construction Management or Engineering, and certifications such as PSP, PMP, or MRICS.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering required.
• 5–7 years scheduling experience in projects.
• Data center project experience preferred.
• Certifications such as PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS preferred.
• Experience with 4D/5D modeling and forensic scheduling analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, status and resolve negative impacts to schedule critical paths.
• Lead project managers, design teams, and contractors on monthly progress of work.
• Develop and maintain 4D, 5D modeling and risk assessments.
• Manage and report detailed monthly progress and critical path schedules.
• Perform forensic scheduling analysis and validation of as-planned schedules.
