Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Scheduler to support a major program and a DoD construction management team in the National Capital Region. You will develop and maintain the Government's Integrated Master Schedule, evaluate contractor baselines, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, a related bachelor's degree, 10+ years scheduling experience, and expertise with Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years scheduling experience, with DoD-like projects preferred.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Experience with CPM, schedule logic, baselines, progress updates.
• Ability to obtain government site credentials.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage the Government's IMS as the baseline for program performance.
• Integrate schedules from multiple projects, sites, teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Review contractor baselines for compliance with contract requirements and schedule accuracy.
• Analyze schedules against IMS to identify variances and potential delays.
• Prepare detailed Schedule Analysis Reports for baselines and updates.
