Job summary

DCS Corp in Sterling Heights, MI seeks a Scheduler to assist product/project teams by developing and presenting an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Microsoft Project and Milestone Professional. You will create an IMS for key activities and present data clearly at reviews.

Role requires US Citizenship, ability to obtain security clearance, and 5+ years of program scheduling on DoD/MDAP programs with experience in MS Project, Milestone, Primavera, or similar tools.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• Minimum 5 years as a program scheduler on complex DoD programs (ACAT I/II) in MDAP contexts.
• Degree fields: Project Management, Business Admin, or related.
• Experience using MS Project, Milestone Professional, Primavera, or similar tools for IMS development.
• Experience with integrated master scheduling and DoD guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for major programs.
• Present IMS data in clear format at status reviews.
• Conduct IMS health checks and what-if analyses using government-approved software.
• Prepare presentation materials with PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional groups.
