Job summary

Procon seeks a Senior Scheduler with an ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance to lead complex Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for federal programs in the Washington, DC area. You will develop look-ahead plans, model scenarios, and assess TIAs and COs, ensuring schedule integrity across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction scheduling, expert proficiency in Primavera P6, a bachelor's degree in CM or engineering, and strong communication skills for stakeholder reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction scheduling with CPM focus.
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 for building and analyzing CPM schedules.
• Strong understanding of federal government construction processes, contracts, and specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage complex Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), including look-ahead planning and what-if scenario modeling.
• Evaluate construction schedules for compliance, performance, and risk, including TIAs and COs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align scopes of work across concurrent projects.
• Deliver timely and insightful reporting by synthesizing data for program stakeholders.
