Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to develop, manage, and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule for the AEGIS program. You will work with government and cross-functional teams to capture requirements, milestones, dependencies, and constraints, and present schedules to leadership and customers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of scheduling experience, proficiency with Microsoft Project, and strong communicative and collaborative skills. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and eight or more years of Master Scheduler experience.
• Experience with schedule development and maintenance.
• Experience performing schedule risk analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with databases.
• Strong verbal and written communication and briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) per WBS.
• Update schedules in IPAS weekly and prepare materials for PM review.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather milestones and constraints.
• Use scheduling tools to ensure accuracy and alignment with objectives.
• Support Lead Program Manager in coordinating teams to milestones.
• Develop and manage project plans and timelines.
• Track and brief project status as requested.
• Apply risk management to scheduling and execution.
• Identify scheduling risks and their impacts on timelines and budgets.
• Maintain technical documentation including architecture and MOps.
