Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler for the AEGIS program in the United States. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and eight or more years of experience as a Master Scheduler.
• Experience with schedule development and maintenance.
• Experience performing schedule risk analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with databases.
• Strong verbal and written communication and briefing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with technical and program management stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Update T&S project schedules in IPAS weekly and prepare schedule materials for the Government Program Manager.
• Gather project requirements, milestones, dependencies, and constraints for the master schedule.
• Use scheduling tools to create, maintain, and update the master schedule with accuracy and alignment.
• Support the Lead Program Manager in coordinating internal and external teams to meet milestones.
• Create, develop, and manage project plans.
• Coordinate and establish project milestones.
• Develop comprehensive project timelines.
• Track and brief project status as requested.
• Apply risk management practices to scheduling and execution.
• Identify scheduling shortfalls, risks, or obstacles to protect timelines and budgets.
• Develop and update technical documentation, including implementation plans and MOPs.
