Job summary

Lemartec is seeking a Senior Scheduler to assist Project Managers in planning and scheduling heavy industrial, commercial, and aviation projects. You will drive baselines, maintain P6 schedules, and analyze progress against baselines.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of scheduling experience, expertise in Primavera P6 and other project controls tools, and the ability to travel within the United States. Join a MasTec affiliate delivering complex projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in construction scheduling with large industrial projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• PMI or AACEi certification is a plus and travel within the US is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project baselines and reporting systems.
• Prepare and review cost/resource-loaded schedules with budget and forecasting.
• Implement Scheduling portion of projects and develop critical path logic.
• Analyze status against baselines and forecast progress.
• Assess impact of design/construction changes on schedules.
• Report schedule status to project teams and clients.
• Provide guidance on project controls issues as needed.
• Attend schedule review meetings across USA locations.
