Job summary

MasTec Industrial seeks a Senior Construction Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze detailed construction schedules for multiple complex projects nationwide. You will work with project managers, superintendents, owners, and subs to identify risks and implement mitigations, driving on-time delivery and contract compliance.

The role involves up to 90% travel across the U.S., with per diem and mobilization support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related technical major.
• Seven (7) years of Project Controls Schedule Analysis or related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Workface Planning Techniques and Scheduling a plus.
• Professional Level Certification (AACE, PMI or other) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish the Proposal or Project Baseline Schedule.
• Lead and execute Project Planning and Execution Planning Sessions.
• Lead and execute Logic Development, Schedule Updates and Forecasting.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning to define milestones and interface dates.
• Prepare resource and commodity load schedules and graphics.
• Write Scheduling narratives for weekly and monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with client Project Controls and reporting requirements.
