You will develop, monitor, and maintain detailed project schedules, lead project teams and contractors, and perform forensic scheduling analyses to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Experience: 5+ years' experience in project scheduling.
• Preferred: PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules for proposed and ongoing projects.
• Lead project managers, design teams and contractors on monthly progress.
• Perform forensic scheduling analyses and validate critical paths.
• Develop and maintain 4D, 5D modeling and risk assessments.
• Manage resource and cost loading of schedules.
• Provide mentorship to Scheduler I & II team members.
