Job summary

Cumming Group seeks a Senior Scheduler to join our Scheduling and Litigation team. You will support Project Managers with detailed schedules for proposed and ongoing projects across diverse sectors, with client-site opportunities in multiple states.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of scheduling experience, knowledge of 4D/5D modeling, forensic scheduling analysis, and cost/schedule integration. Certifications such as PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, or MRICS preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years scheduling experience
• BS in Construction Management or Engineering
• PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS preferred

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with detailed schedules for proposed and ongoing projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, critical paths, and risk assessments.
• Lead project managers, design teams, and contractors on monthly progress.
• Perform forensic scheduling analysis and cost/schedule integration.
• Manage resource and cost loading and progress reporting.
• Mentor Scheduler I & II team members.
