Job summary

Cumming Group in Houston, TX is seeking an Associate Director of Scheduling to lead scheduling efforts for a life sciences client. You will manage client expectations, develop detailed schedules, and mentor project teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong experience in 4D/5D modeling, forensic scheduling analysis, and cost/schedule analyses, with leadership responsibilities across multiple project teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction/Construction Management/Engineering with 8+ years scheduling experience.
• Expert in 4D/5D modeling and forensic scheduling analysis.
• Experience validating estimates and cost analyses.

Responsibilities

• Promote repeat business and manage client expectations through scheduling coordination.
• Provide earned value management.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Lead project managers and contractors on monthly progress.
• Develop risk assessments and progress reports.
• Mentor junior team members and support design and construction reviews.
