Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our planning and scheduling team on-site in Devens, MA. You will develop and manage detailed project schedules for life science projects, mentor junior schedulers, and collaborate with project managers, designers, and contractors to keep projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

5-7 years of project scheduling experience.
BS in Construction Management or Engineering.
Preferred PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS certifications.

Responsibilities

Develop, monitor, and update project schedules.
Lead monthly progress reviews with PMs, design teams, and contractors.
Analyze critical paths and schedule risk; propose mitigations.
Maintain 4D/5D scheduling models and cost loading.
Perform forensic scheduling analyses on projects.
