Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Scheduler to support a data center client in Indianapolis, IN. This role requires specialized scheduling experience and a track record of delivering complex construction schedules.

You will develop and maintain detailed schedules, perform forensic analysis, manage 4D/5D modeling, and mentor Scheduler I & II team members while coordinating with project managers, designers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 5-7 years experience in project scheduling or as a Project Engineer.
• PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with quality project schedules at appropriate levels of detail.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules and critical paths.
• Lead project teams on monthly project progress, design verifications and site walks.
• Perform forensic scheduling analysis and validate as-planned schedules.
• Develop risk assessments and 4D/5D modeling workflows.
• Mentor Scheduler I & II and coordinate with designers and contractors.
